Road users are asked to take care and slow down in the vicinity of road works and observe warning signs and traffic signals.

The second series of works take place on the Corravaddy Road between Drumkeen and Old Town, Letterkenny.

This road will be blocked for essential repairs/ bridge replacement works at the Breen/ Stralongford Crossroads between Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11.

Local traffic will be able to use the road on either side of the blockage, but will not be able to pass through the Breen/ Stralongford Crossroads.

The road will only be blocked off between 9am and 7pm on the Wednesday and Thursday to minimise disruption for local school buses and the general public. Traffic lights will be in operation from Friday, June 12 until the bridge works are completed.

Please expect delays at both locations and allow extra time when travelling.

Road users are asked to take care and slow down in the vicinity of road works and observe warning signs and traffic signals.

Donegal County Council would like to thank the public for their co-operation and patience during these works.
